Processing & Production Time

All custom and personalized orders require approximately 5–7 business days for production after payment confirmation and design approval. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

Shipping & Delivery

Custom Haus currently ships to addresses in United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that production time does not include shipping transit time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays

Custom Haus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for reshipping orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
